Hand-harvested and cold-pressed within hours at a temperature below 80°F, this olive oil captures the freshness and quality of the fruit at its peak. To preserve its nutritional integrity, the oil is filtered through paper filters and bottled in dark glass to protect it from harmful UV rays.
